#10 ~ The fine, and not so fine, print
Finally, with garden beds prepped and amended, and with most of the plants and seeds in the ground, the chicks moved to a tractor, and the cows reconvened with their special guy, Patriot, I can follow up with a few more thoughts and points of order. I realize that to comprehend the ongoing shift and shuffle, that is the conversion and inversion of names, titles, ownerships, responsibilities, etc. a brief reminder and hit list of certain language might be helpful. An ArlenP glossary of sorts. Now this language and these specific words are not peculiar to me or my writings, nor do they the make up of some special code. They are words and phrases that we assume we comprehend the meanings of but are unfortunately the makings of our own ruin.
I will begin with what I think are words that I use specifically in these posts, although not exclusively, as in there is some overlap to legalese or contracts:
AUTHORITIES:
any Government official elected or otherwise
school board administrators, trustees, etc.
any and all Police (policy enforcers), Sheriffs, FBI, CIA, MI 5/6, Mossad, Bylaw Officers, etc.
Court room officials, judges, clerks, prosecutors, bailiffs, etc.
CEOs, CFOs, Managers, administrators, etc. of any Corporation
Religious leaders, pope, bishops, pastors, priests . . .
Ones who like to put letters behind their names delineating themselves as educated and expert on some topic or other, think University Professors, Deans, Administrators, etc.
pretty much anyone who thinks that they have the right to tell you what to think or what to do
This title of AUTHORITIES contains the word author. I ask you, who is the author of your mind and soul, and who directs you to do anything? Whatever you answer to that, is your authority that you vest your self within or under.
THEY or They:
AUTHORITIES as above
Bankers at all levels, from the local branch to FED and World Bank
WHO, WEF, NWO, the Bar Associations, and all members, etc.
the 13 or 6, or whatever number you want, families with wealth beyond imagination
the Ones that we don’t know the title or names of, that keep themselves and their wealth and interests quiet and behind closed doors (or under ground), the REAL wealth and control on this planet
and sometimes, on some levels, the force of evil that expresses through man and demons but are clearly directed by the enemy
Such an One, or One:
my way of clearly delineating that I am referring to a self, spirit, life force of a singular man or woman
not a Person, CORP(se), or Corporation
not the body of, but the consciousness and will of an individual
the activating creative life force imbued by the Creator
CORPORATION, CORP(se), Corporate Fiction, Legal Fiction:
the easy ones, McDonalds, Target, Ford Motor Co. etc.
any and all privately owned, registered companies or entities
appears on Legal Documents as all CAPS, which is reserved for Tombstones and denotes an entity that is dead, and has a NAME that has been Registered
Towns, Counties, Countries, Courts, Police Forces, CRA/IRS etc, authorized by governments and owned by, you got it, private shareholders not “the people”
The NAME that looks like and sounds like your name, in various iterations but always a semblance, ie: JOHN PAUL SMITH, John Paul SMITH, John P. SMITH, SMITH, John Paul, etc. again, privately owned and traded and profited on, not by you
is dead, has no life force — must be energized/enlivened by One acting as or for
“NAME” or “NEW BABY NAME”:
not your name given by your Mother, but the Corporate Fiction registered CORP(se) all CAPS version or semblance of same (mother gave you New Baby Name, not the same at all)
is not such an One, can not be such an One
is a separate entity, legally, physically, spiritually and in all other ways
is Attached to: SIN/SSN (tax number), Bond Number found on BIRTH CERTIFICATE(s) as well as CUSIP tracking numbers for multiple Instruments sold and traded on Bond and Stock Markets all tracking back to SIN/SSN — none of these belong to you
if One has applied for a SIN/SSN the NAME is also a TAXPAYER
And now on to more common Legalese and Contract Language:
PERSON, person, Legal person, etc. (with regard to all things LEGAL and within Corporate Jurisdiction):
any Registered Corporate Fiction which also means McDonalds, Target, Ford Motor Co., etc.
generic version of NAME
NOT a man or woman or people
operates within the Jurisdiction of the CORP(se) and will not have Human Rights, Constitutional Rights, or any other Right or Freedom unless described by the Corporation that the PERSON is serving under as employee, Citizen, Taxpayer, etc.
although One does not commonly think that they, acting as the person/CORP(se), is an employee of the CORPORATION that holds the Registered NAME, if One looks at tax law and regulations, it clearly states that a Taxpayer is an employee of the Federal Government
when One appears in any Court re-presenting the NAME (enlivening it and acting as, for, and surety for) One must pay the fine, do the time, adhere to the orders and commands of that Jurisdiction
the employee/CORP(se)/person does not possess the Rights and Freedoms outlined in most Constitutional Documents or Human Rights Codes unless specified
as a Corporate Service Provider (every employee of the CORPORATION) must act under and is bound by all Statute Code and other such Ratified Covenants or Agreements
man, woman, people:
operates under full authority of One’s self/spirit and thereby whatever master or Authority One chooses to submit to
is the flesh and blood living breathing spirit
able to create and enliven
can volunteer to act as or for NAME, or other Corporate position
can un - volunteer from acting as or for NAME, or other Corporate position

Article 3: … right of men and women to the enjoyment of all civil and political rights set forth in the present Covenant.
Article 16: Everyone shall have the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
can benefit from calling upon any Corporate Service Provider to follow such Statute Code and Ratification and go to pains to accommodate One (man or woman) calling for said accommodation (more on this soon)
Jurisdiction:
juris = law, right : diction = saying
of relevance to whose or what “Law” is being applied, ie: God’s Law, Corporate Law (ALL Statute Code), Common Law, Maritime/Commercial Law, etc.
The conceptual:
Conversion:
the act of adding to a truth
baby’s given Name, converted into NAME
registration of a title to a thing, not the thing, but a piece of paper describing the thing, and Legally defining ownership within the CORPORATION
transferring interest from presence and habitation in God’s dominion to the CORPORATION, the sea of construct, artifice, currency, claim, and Legal AUTHORITY
put simply, the car you just bought or the baby that you just bore, is a real thing, you can touch it and it is present in God’s Dominion - now you go to the DMV or Government Officials and fill out a form, thus creating a registration, a paper, a document that is filed away somewhere, that is not the real car or baby - The AUTHORITIES now tell you what you can and can’t do with your real car or baby, as you gave them Authority by the registration, the document that you applied for, signed, and created, which transfers your Authority over the car/baby to Them (as it pertains to Their Jurisdiction) - and now the paper/title/Birth Certificate/registration is held and owned by the AUTHORITIES (again, within Their Jurisdiction)- and that Jurisdiction is NOT God’s Kingdom
THIS POINT IS CRITICAL
When One appears as NAME, and is operating and standing in “NOT God’s Kingdom” (the sea of things Commercial and CORPORATE, as in dead), Natural Law and God’s Law is out the window, and that which is un - lawful can be agreed to by contract and enforced by the AUTHORITIES. The AUTHORITIES, with regard to the car/baby, as described immediately above, have Jurisdiction over the TITLE or REGISTRATION as it appears and is Authorized within Their Jurisdiction. If One can create clarity, common understanding, and agreement, then One can call upon the AUTHORITY/Official to recognize that One and their car/baby are not — NOT!!!! — operating in “NOT God’s Kingdom”, but alternatively ARE standing and operating as men/women/peoples, “without CANADA” or “without the USA” or “without THE STATE OF FLORIDA”, etc. If we choose with responsibility to operate outside the CORPORATE Jurisdiction, things will start to change. Mark my words!
Inversion:
what was God’s, becomes artificially not God’s
it operates under assumption, as it can only be assumed to be so, God is always the owner and proprietor of One and One’s entire world, it is only the illusion, that One chooses to believe in this realm, that creates the appearance that “not God” has AUTHORITY
THE CORPORATION, THE CROWN:
where all sub-registries obtain Authority to Register Corporations
the ultimate top dog of Corporate interest and Authority
the party to which all other sub-registries owe allegiance and submission, ie: Pat’s Barber Shop operating with a Registered Business License in small town Texas, registers under the Town Office, which is registered under the State Office, which is registered under the National Office (United States of America), which ends up registered to THE CROWN (there may be a few more parties in between, but the chain remains unbroken to the CROWN, hence . . . THE CORPORATION)
The CROWN is NOT the Royal family or the Queen/King of anything, it is the Corporate entity that resides in “The City of London” a square within London England, where the Bar is located as well headquarters of just about everything finance, banking, and insurance worldwide
Sovereignty and sovereign:
The exercise and execution of One’s sovereignty is not optional. It is the state of conscious awareness given by the creator. Each such an One IS sovereign by nature.KJV Genesis 1: 26 - 28 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
Freedom:
Freedom is experienced when the sovereign is self directing, not restrained and restricted by an external force. This restraint or restriction usually presents in the form of another claiming sovereign status over and above Oneself, ie: rulers.In this experiment of free will, life on this planet as we know it, One has the freedom to choose who or what his master will be.When One is operating under the master One has chosen, this is freedom to choose.
Assume vis a vis Presume
Pre-sume is to have a position that is “previous” to the summing. That is to say, that One did not wait for all the points or evidence or elements to be revealed before One comes to the sum, the total of the information, to form the position. Hence, “pre”- sume or presumption. The presumption is intended to accurately reflect the information and the “sum”.A-(s)sume, the extra s is added for word structure grammar stuff. An “a” at the front of the word denotes an opposite or reversal of the meaning of the word. A-ssume means that the position taken, is opposite to whatever the sum of the points or evidence or elements that are revealed, and the sum total would describe. So if you stand in the Court saying and doing everything you can to determine that you appear as a man, outside the jurisdiction of the statute/code/CORPORATE, and in fact “present” as a live breathing being, the Judge will Assume, that you are there acting as and for the NAME. Which is opposite to the sum total of the points, evidence, or any other elements to describe who or what you are. In the “Court” situation, if One allows the assumption to prevail, then One has submitted to the Court and will be heard as NAME/PERSON.
As I was putting the finishing touches on this first version of the ArlenP Glossary of Terms and Phrase, Cynthia suggested that I add the “patriot” portion of Chapter 9, “The Sermon” from Moby Dick. Almost every night, as we lay in bed winding down our day, I read from the KJV Bible that Cynthia’s Grandfather, a seeming non-believer, gave us as a wedding gift. We had spent several, and I mean many, similar bedtimes a few years ago, reading through Moby Dick, as neither of us had read it up to that point. I look forward to a time when I can elaborate on the mastery that is contained within the leaves of that tome, but again, I digress.
What you don’t know, is that I have a muse. You may have figured, that Cynthia ‘figures’ large, in the ideas, composition, organization, creative layout, proofreading and editing, etc. of these posts, as I mention her often. To have been provided by The Father a partner, that is yoked beside me, pulls up every hill, every load and burden, in every step working to a common goal, to get the job done . . . I can’t really describe what this means. I know no other way, as we have been together since we were kids. Again, I digress.
In this chapter, “The Sermon”, the character Father Mapple lays out so clearly and simply the choice to adhere oneself to the trappings of “this world”, or, the “Delight” that it is to stand in truth, with God.
“But oh! shipmates! . . . Delight is to him - a far, far upward, and inward delight - who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self. Delight is to him whose strong arms yet support him, when the ship of this base treacherous world has gone down beneath him. Delight is to him, who gives no quarter in the truth, and kills, burns, and destroys all sin though he pluck it out from under the robes of Senators and Judges. Delight, - top -gallant delight is to him, who acknowledges no law or lord, but the Lord his God, and is only a patriot to heaven. Delight is to him, whom all the waves of the billows of the seas of the boisterous mob can never shake from this sure Keel of the Ages. And eternal delight and deliciousness will be his, who coming to lay him down, can say with his final breath - O Father! - chiefly known to me by Thy rod - mortal or immortal, here I die. I have striven to be Thine, more than to be this world’s, or mine own . . . "
All of this talk about Statutes, status, Persons, Legal Fictions, Corporate entities, etc., is for the most part boring and tedious. It has come to my awareness that, not concerning One’s self with all of this, is a possibility. I believe a successful outcome from this position, to be unconcerned that is, could only occur if One had managed to NOT engage with the AUTHORITIES, ie: no Birth Certificate, no Bank Account, no SSN/SIN (tax number), to have not participated in what has become a modern normal life whatsoever. As this seems impossible, in my opinion, and to the degree that each of us has engaged, knowingly or not, we have performed and are a party to an agreement/contract. { I know of two children, who remain entirely outside of these agreements, their parents are aware of what is going on, and I look forward to seeing how it might play out for these two fine boys as they engage in their world of the real.} I find it helpful to establish, both publicly and internally within my own consciousness, my position in relationship to the Corporate Fiction whose name is related to mine. This notion fits in the “Art of War” by Sun Tzu, knowing Ones self and knowing Ones enemy. In this case, the enemy is neither the “NAME/CORPORATE fiction” nor the rich and powerful families that seem to be at the top, it is their Master, the Father of Lies, the One who converts and inverts all things good, to spoil them.
