#14 ~ Every such an One can choose, to STOP feeding the monster
~ Preamble
This has been the hardest post for me to write and wrap my head around thus far. The true understanding of what a corporate body is and why it matters is the meat of this article. The usurpation of any - body, and the attempt, to bring it to a seemingly necessary association to a “head”, that is not God, nor good, is something that we must comprehend and re-design. When, without our conscious intent, a large degree of our creative generation is harnessed, taken from us, and used to feed an invisible insatiable monster, we fail to thrive, prosper, and even survive; let alone the expropriation of our freedom. The Corporate Registration of everything and the ensnaring monetary apparatus together with governmental control of all, is the foundation of this system of monster feeding. Where each such an One is brought to their knees, literally to serve an other master. It is done so deftly and subtly that it seems almost natural. But it is not nature. It is the ministrations of a force that, I believe, is the great temptor, the trickster, the master of lies. Such a force as this, is a requirement to create this free will experiment. Without this powerful “other”, there would be no choices to be made. If the other did not seem to win most of the time, why would anyone be tempted to choose it? It comes down to the simple question of, who do I choose? Cynthia and I discussed yesterday morning how that perhaps, the way to look at it is as a hierarchy. Where in One’s psyche and directive, The Father is at the top, Oneself is next, then One’s spouse, family, community, and so on. The Corporate world puts “THE CROWN” at the top. The “CITY OF LONDON” and all things financial. This is done through the omni-process of Registration.
This Registration is the successful inversion that I have spoken of previously (#4, Upside-Down World), where all that is good and pure is turned upside down, to serve the other, Not God. Where worship, is at the altar of finance, power, comfort, convenience, consumerism and more recently virtue signalling. Where there is no truth, no goodness, no righteousness; but in its place sits greed, lust, envy, and most certainly - pride.

Who does the Nurses Union work for?
Who does the American Medical Association work for?
Who does your local Power Company work for?
Who does your Bank work for?
Who does your School Board work for?
The answer to all of the above is; themselves. I do not mean each individual who shows up and does their job, to get paid, so that they can have a life of some kind and show up tomorrow to carry on. I am talking about the entity that is the organization or Corporation. In the first case, the Nurses, the Union is alleged to represent the Nurses/members of the Union; to protect and expand the interest of and the benefits to, the nurses themselves. The AMA, it is commonly understood, works to watch over the medical practitioners so that the interests of the public and/or the practitioners is preserved and the safety and well being of everyone ensues. And so too with each and every Association, Union, PTA, or any other Corporation. We are encouraged to assume that “They” work for “Us” (the “Us” is somewhat variable depending on the case, not relevant as yet). This sadly, put on your big girl panties or big boy shorts, is not true. I don’t even mean that this notion of “They are looking out for us” is not true, but at the fundamental shining in the light of day and truth level, each of these entities first duty is to itself, the Corporation, NOT the people it serves. This is not right or wrong, it is simply a fact. If a thing is going to continue through time, ANY thing, it must look out for its own well being, nourishment, growth, replication, etc. in order to sustain. If a thing does not do, or have done for it, what is required to survive over time, it simply won’t. It will die. Somehow, this gets lost in the shuffle, and some kind of overarching benevolence is supposed to show up any time a few people get together to form a group to achieve some goal or other.
The entity that is created in such a case becomes a re - presentation of those people. The originators. It is no longer the people, it is a thing that will have an existence unto itself, as the next operators or generations carry it into the future. Take for example a group of local knitters (thanks to MatrixDecoded for this little example). They get together every Wednesday afternoon and talk about all things knitting, and I’m sure a little bit of local scuttlebutt. If they wish to form an entity, say a club, so that they can rent a hall to have a sale a couple times a year, and then further, want to open a Bank account, so that they can deposit the proceeds from the sale, so that those proceeds can then be donated to a charity, there comes into existence an entity that re - presents the group. The Club, or Association, whether registered or not, is a corporation, a Dead Fiction. It exists, it can sue or be sued, but it is not alive. It requires men and women to volunteer to act as or for it, the Club or Assoc., to enliven it, get things done, and energize it.
Let’s get back to the part about who those listed at the top of this article work for. So as I just described, an organization of people create an entity/corporation registered or not. This entity, let us call it a creature as it was a creation of the originators, has a voice, the voice of the people running it. It also has a will. And this is where it gets a little fuzzy. How can a dead thing have a will. It might seem, and perhaps for a time be, that the will of the creature is a co-operative force that the people who formed the creature have imbued into it. This may be where the notion that the thing, the club/association/corporation expresses with some kind of benevolence, the collective will of the well intentioned organizers of the group. After all, the creature exists as some people were able to put down their ego and self pride enough to co-operate and give time and energy to birth this new entity/creature.
Thus far, I have focussed on outlining some concepts as to why an
organization is formed. The friendly knitters group, unions, school
boards, etc. are all supposed to do something that "makes the world
a better place". Of course the reason most Corporations are formed
is to pursue some kind of business enterprise and achieve monetary
gain. In this instance it may be easier to imagine that the "creature",
the Corporation, is for profit and gain and will be capable of less than
altruistic action. This could go very deep down a philosophical and metaphysical rabbit hole, so let us agree upon, for simplicity and the sake of discussion, the following:
there exists in this reality unseen forces of good and evil
that these forces can manifest energetic expressions - unseen - or, through actors, ie: people, nature, or even consciousness (this would manifest as thoughts within One’s head)
within this presupposition, I am presenting two initiators of action, there may be more, here is what I mean:
an act of God, or Not God, that has an affect on Oneself but that is not measurable, that is to say, One would be unaware of why something has come to pass, ie: One wins the lottery, One loses their job for no known reason, or your favourite aunt gets cancer and dies
alternatively, a tree can fall on the road in front of you, that changes your path, and you know your path changed because of the tree, One can “see, hear, experience, etc.” the energetic expression of an “act of God” and perhaps recognize it as such: a great example of this is the story of the man who finds a stray stallion, his son trains the stallion to ride, the son falls off the stallion and breaks his leg, the army comes through town conscripting all young men, the man’s son is passed over as his leg is broken - his son was not conscripted because of a roaming stallion
that each such an One has agency, and can choose to follow the “directive(s)” of these unseen forces, good or evil, internally (thoughts or voices) and externally (other people or nature - manifesting in what we call reality)
unseen forces that manifest in people or nature would be when a (wo)man acts on the thought or voice within themself, thus enlivening/activating that force; in the case of nature, it could be a hurricane, an animals action, a flooding river, something that is observable and has an impact upon Oneself and that could be moved by an unseen hand; does that make sense? please comment
that we do not fully understand the intricacies of the nature of reality or consciousness and that these unseen forces dwell and act within that unknown, as does the power of prayer and intention (think of the group praying to divert a hurricane, successfully by the way)
In my last post, I spoke of the harmonic overtones that appear as two energies express in harmony. That is a real and measurable event. What I am suggesting here, about corporations, is not so measurable, yet its expression is all around us. I have only hinted thus far in this post, that with the birthing of a corporation, a dead entity, that an energetic expression attaches to that entity. Is it possible for that attachment to be a positive force, attached to the dead entity? Let’s try not to be mired in the metaphysics at this point. Suffice it to say, that God, KJV James 2 verse 9, is not a “respecter” of persons. This is not the only reference to this point. He is also not a respecter of the walking dead, the One’s who have turned their back on him and choose “Not God”! And when Jesus said, “Render unto Caesar, that which is Caesar’s”, he is defining the interests of the parties. The “tribute money” is in the realm of Caesar, a re - presentative of a corporation (a government, kingship, what have you), and to it, interest and claim - the money and tribute - are rendered back to Caesar, not to God. It is the living man, the One that has chosen The Father, that God has an interest in and claim to.
Does God expect us to exist, living in this reality and not interact with ANY corporation?
At this point in my study, it seems, that the purpose of all this “person” stuff in the KJV, is to illuminate. To illustrate. To draw attention to the rules of this dominion, reality, and experience. I talked previously about the “rules of Court” in #4, Upside - Down WORLD. Where whilst in Court, One is playing on a court, a game field. Where when playing in that game, the specific rules, written by the “Game-Maker” are to be followed. So too, this dominion is ruled by Not God, so we are given the handbook, the rule book for this experience on this game board (reality as we know it). That book is of course the Bible. Within it, all the rules and guidelines, penalties and rewards, are collected so that we may know what to do and how to best “play” this game we call life.
It is with the interaction with the dead, that a “corporation” must be created. Let’s look at the knitter’s situation. When they all come together and knit, gab, drink some tea or coffee, there is no direct interaction with any corp(se). They are gathering as men and women, sharing and pursuing a creative living interest. Renting a space to display and sell their wares, crosses the threshold into the dead, the realm of Caesar. Many things come up with the rental issue: risk to the public; injury or otherwise, insurance to cover public liability or damage, the exchange of money and goods, is it a taxable event(?), etc. etc. Is one of the knitters, willing to carry the burden of all of these points and liabilities individually and PERSON-ally? No? Let’s make an agreement amongst the members of the group to act as one, “Knitters for Life”. They form some sort of club or association, or maybe even a not-for-profit, what have you. Now KFL (Knitters for Life) can take on liabilities and operate in the land of the dead, the Corporate world. To then present as the new “person”, KFL; that can sue and be sued, have a bank account, do business, etc.
So where does Not God fit into this little scheme? KFL does not have a soul. It was not created by The Father! Unlike the living spirit that dwells within you, KFL cannot and will not reside in God’s Kingdom . . . EVER! The such an One, that is the creation of, made in the image of, and is a chip off the old block, of The Father, that soul which exists in you and I, will exist forever. In which way that existence manifests, is up to each such an One. KFL exists here, limited to this reality, for the period of time that it is enlivened by men and women. Not God, as a creation of The Father, will also live forever. As he has already made his cake and baked it, He will continue in attempting to cause each of us to lose traction on our passage out of this realm and on to the Kingdom of the Father.

The word corporation stands astride “orate”. This action, of speaking, seems to come up quite often in the meaningfulness and application of legal principles. As we have covered in the word “person”, sona and sonum are describing the sonorous sound that defines and creates, the - per - “by and through, wholly and completely”; per - son. The speaking of words, is the persona on stage in the drama, that is the essence of the word person, the sounds/words spoken. Now we “orate” a corpse. We speak as and for an assumed, albeit dead, body, the one that is the corporate entity, such as KFL. One cannot be KFL. One can act as and for KFL, re-presenting it.
I believe it is this distinction which The Father is trying to hammer home in his guide book for living. Living is the opposite of dying. Life the opposite of death. Those who choose God, are the opposite of those who choose Not God. He is teaching us to have respect for Him and the living. Jesus and the disciples interacted with the dead continuously, it was the act of preaching and teaching, to bring the light of truth and life into the hearts and minds of the dead that they might choose to be re-born in Christ. To become alive in The Father’s love! So it is not a warning to abandon the dead, but to clearly comprehend and understand the difference. The corporation cannot be converted and brought into the land of living, but the “dead man walking” has that potential, to come to The Father, always. The specific point in the use of the word respect; is to warn against giving preference or high regard to a person, an artifice, but to see what it is One is looking at or dealing with. In the case of “dead man walking”, within that such an One is a soul, which means there is a potential life lying dormant within that man or woman. Such is not the case with the corporation, it is merely a body/person/creature without a soul, or even that potential for life. Hence, we are to show no respect to persons.
Today the word person has been inculcated into every modality of communication. It is used in place of any number of other words that might better or more specifically define a man or woman. It is reductionist to conglomerate all the different types of names and things people can be described as into this one little inappropriate word. It actually becomes worse than that. The normalizing of a lie by telling it over and over to the point that people forget the truth and accept the lie as truth, is the raison d'être of the media and even Universities if not the whole of “education”. A man, woman, or people; can - NOT be a PERSON!! A man, woman, or people; can - NOT be a CORPORATION!! One can act as or for; as well as be surety for: a Corporation or a person/PERSON/NAME/legal person etc.
Accounting
In the land of the living, men and women, One sins. The sinner, appears before The Father in prayer, repents and begs for forgiveness. The repenter is for-given. He is given something for his specific repentance. One is not given something for which One has not asked for, not begged forgiveness for, or not repented for. What the repenter is given is redemption. The debt which the sinner created by his action of sin, has been repurchased from the creditor so that the sinner may be freed from the obligation to re-pay the debt. The ledger has an entry on both sides of the account so it is balanced or zeroed. This is a gift. A gift given in love. It is no accident that the word life, live, and living are an ever so slight refit of the root word, love.
Things to do with the letter “I”
A sprinkling of my word theory on “able” vs. “ible” and things “I”ish
the grammar websites all seem to point to “able” being a “living” suffix, and that “ible” is only used in old words
my take is all about the “I” (although a deep dive has not been performed to confirm or deny this principle), the i is used when the thing itself is “capable or suitable for”, or more specifically represents that the thing itself is able and does not require input from another - “I” am able
take the word convertible, in the case of a car, a convertible car transforms itself, it does not require an outside other to become able to be “converted”, “the convert-ible is cap-able of converting itself” make sense? (please comment)
Live - Love
live has the I, it is the I who is living, or in reference to many living people, each of them is living as a sole “I”
love has the O, the circle, the return to the beginning point
love is a thing that One expresses towards something else, there must be at least two parties, even in the enigmatic “love for oneself”, there is a seeming action of love towards the self, like some kind of a two part consciousness - perhaps - love from God, through the Holy Ghost, directed by One’s divinity towards One’s imperfect/sinful self
life, live, living are all the reference to the “I”, the One who: has a life, is a-live, and is living
love is expressed outwards to another, or received from another and is the expression of life created by The Father, He who loves all, He who “is” love
Default in the Concordat
Yesterday, as I was re-listening to Nathan Reynolds on the SGT Report, he spoke to a point that I have covered many times and is worth re-stating. There is NO MIDDLE GROUND!!! There is only one choice to be made, have you chosen The Father, or not??? Nathan eloquently elucidates that perhaps the greatest deception of our time, is this default position. I don’t think he uses that word specifically, but what he is talking about is the belief in the possibility that One can stand between The Father and The Deceiver. To not pursue either truth or lies but to stand, un-affiliated! The Concordat that I speak of, is that deal that was struck, that The Father laid down for the “rules of the game” in this reality, this world, between Himself and the creditor, Satan. As I submitted in #12 Can a Lie be Un-lied, a sin creates a debt. A debt is represented as a note that is held by a creditor. The creditor holds the note, until the debt has been paid. Redemption is the re - purchasing of the debt, the note. Upon redemption, the debtor/sinner is released and is freed from his obligation. The creditor is Satan, the Father of lies, in this existence at least. The Redeemer, is of course, Christ with his sacrifice, made for us to settle the account so that we may be released from the hold, that we create in sin, held by, the Creditor/Satan.
If One has not chosen The Father and to accept Christ’s sacrifice and payment as One’s redeemer, then One is held by the Creditor, ever so softly and tenderly. It is a state of denial and unknowing, that One is in, if they believe they can stand in that middle ground, between God and Satan. The chains will be upon you, without you even noticing. That is the default position, which so many today think they can complacently reside within. How many “nice” people do you know. One’s that would likely state that they are “good”! They may even attend a church service every now and then or volunteer at some local charity. This middle ground, default position, is not what The Father asks of us and it certainly is not adequate as faithful repentance.
The Devil’s Concordat
This thing that I call “The Devil’s Concordat”, to my knowledge exists only within my imagination. It may, or something similar, exist somewhere, maybe the basement of the Vatican? What I imagine it to be, is the rule book, that God wrote for Satan and his fallen angels. I believe it to be the guidelines and restrictions of this “free will” experiment. A necessary evil, that being the Great Deceiver, is the foundational element in the possibility of experiencing this great gift of the freedom to choose.
KJV Jude verse 4: For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Who are the ‘Orators?
There is a lot of talk about how to change the Government. How to get Them to do what we the people wish for Them to do. To re-assert that They are our servants, and that They must follow us, instead of Them, together with the Courts, claiming authority over us. This is more than a wrinkle that requires some steam and a bit of pressing to make smooth and once more acceptable. This, my dear reader, is an impossibility at present. Not due to attitudes or conventions or even complacency of the ruled and Governed! We are in exactly the place, that of the servile Citizen and Legal Person, that we deserve and in fact have created. How can I make such an absurd and unfair declaration? It is the choices we have made, we the people, the men and women of our Countries, Schoolboards, County Councils, City Councils, Church Councils, Unions, etc. etc. etc. All of these “Authorities” do have Authority over us. I have previously expounded on “Agreement by Performance”. I stand by the above harsh truths by returning to the Performance of each such an One. And I am not talking about how, that to throw off the chains of our oppressors we must rise up and fight and yell and overcome our Rulers with some kind of violent offensive. Not! At! All! . . . I am stating that our performance, in agreement, to the terms of Citizen and Corporate Person, hold us below, under the Authority, of our chosen masters.
I have also previously delineated the difference between Citizen, Person, Name, etc. and man, woman, or people (#2 The Art of Being, #3 Persona non Grata). None of the “Authorities” noted in the above paragraph have Authority over the latter. But, when One acts “as or for”, by ongoing performance, then it can ONLY be accepted as full agreement and complete subjugation of the self to the Corp(se) NAME, performing as or for the CORPORATION! So who is the Government/Corporation in service to? Who is orating for it? Its head! The One’s who are orating for, bringing to life, the dead body corp(se)! That voice and life, is not that of the Citizens or the sub-corps that are all registered and sub-registered to it, as I have previously discussed (#6 All Your Money?), but that of the head.
I have heard it said in Corporate and business strategy analysis, that the way a business operates and presents “comes from the top”. As in, whomever is making the decisions at the top and how they go about their interactions, their “personality” so to speak, is reflected all the way down the Corporate chain. Such that Corporations seem to have a personality and flavour. Whether this is true or not, I have witnessed in a close relatives rather large business, how the big cheese, the owner, is reflected in every aspect of the company, for better and worse.
If a corp-oration is brought to life by the voices of the men and women that are enlivening it, then how do we, the people, overcome the relationship that has been patiently perfected by the One’s who assume that Authority at present.
KJV Hosea 4 : 6) My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
The Authorities standing will remain, until each such an One gains the knowledge to know better. To know when and how, One is acting by performance in agreement. It is the sleight of hand that I have been going on about thus far in previous posts. It is the puppy nipping at your fingers or pant leg, #11 When the Dog Bites, awaiting your response as to how to proceed and to determine who is in charge, the leader, the master.
It seems to me, that corporations, are an inevitable consequence in this reality. Groups of people will come together and for efficiency and just cause, create a body to represent the people and their voices. God makes it clear, that we are not to respect such things, persons. However, I have children, I have cows, I have dogs, sheep, chickens, and so on. I have respect for all of them. The respect that I show to my friends, my children, or my wife, is not the same respect I show to my chickens. That is not to say that I don’t love my chickens. Ask Cynthia about that one. But I do not respect any animal or non-people as much as I respect any people. So I do not show respect to persons, over people. My God and Saviour is first, my family second, followed by all men/women/people, living creatures and so on. Putting this thing called “persons/NAME/Corporation(s)” somewhere much further down the list.
Filling the Void!
If a person is a corporation, and God has no respect for persons. Then God has no respect for corporations, soul-less entities. He is only concerned with men and women. Going back to my pre-suppositions listed near the beginning, there are unseen hands and forces at work in this plane of reality in addition to those that are in plain sight. Is it becoming clear to you who does have respect for Corporations and persons? If the ruler of this realm is the Deceiver and Father of Lies, and he has dominion over all that he can lay claim to, then where does that leave the un-affiliated and the dead entity, the corporation. The un-affiliated, as they have not chosen The Truth, The Light, and The Way - God; are rightfully and completely claimed by Satan.
“There is no neutral ground in the universe; every square inch, every split second, is claimed by God and counter-claimed by Satan.”
Any and ALL dead entities, without a soul, are also claimed by him, unless(!), the orator, enlivening that entity, for the purpose of service to The Father and his fellow man, perfects his superior claim by the power of God.
Now I stepped in it. I cannot fully explain how to do that at this point, and I believe it will be a whole other post. Let me leave you with a few thoughts to ponder:

can One operate a corporation without it being REGISTERED in a Corporate Registry?
can One show respect to God and people and operate a corporation?
if One operates putting God and people before, whatever benefit may come from some kind of organization/corporation, is that One acting within God’s command? Think KFL, no fumbly fingers allowed ;-)
what could an un - Registered Corporation, acting under the authority of God’s executors (the community of men and women believers that are alive, on this planet now, as his representatives) do, and what would it look like?
if men and women do not arise and stand up in knowledge, and enliven their God given freedom and right, who or what will stand in their place? (I think you know, because that is what we are living in right now)
