When the dog Bites . . .
#11 ~ Natural Law, God's Law, and law by agreement - Contract Law - the Devil's Concordat
Another thank you to Richard Vobes, “The Bald Explorer”, this link takes you to his channel on Rumble. Yesterday, I watched his video “Laugh at them” , where he describes an idea of ignoring, or poking fun, at those who would have their way with us with a New World Order, One World Government, CBDCs, and identity chips embedded under our skin. He goes on to say, that the “contract” which They believe to have formed with each such an One is not valid or enforceable as it does not have One’s wet ink signature, and that we, each such an One, were not informed as to the contents and details of said agreements. Although this is partially true, there is a critical element to the Law of God, Natural Law, and Contract Law which it seems Richard is not aware of or has yet to consider. This is in no way a criticism of Richard, his work at bringing things to the consciousness of the ordinary man is tremendous! And I thank him, as I have before for that work. Have no doubt Richard, and you dear reader, the concept that I delve into now is at once, nonsensical and absolute truth.
Setting the scene:
One has grown up, found a partner, bought a house (or at least lives in one), has a child or two, and what comes next? To get a puppy of course!! [ I lean heavily on my experience with dogs, as I have had them all of my life and they have taught me so much ]. So the puppy is brought home, everyone is so excited at the new little furry addition, especially the puppy, and he pees on the kitchen floor, as new puppies will. One watches a YouTube video on how to housetrain a puppy to do his business outside - a crate is bought, a mere few days of training, and he’s making a mess of your back lawn. So much better than the kitchen floor!
The puppy grows larger and has developed a bad habit of nipping, sometimes out of fear and sometimes attempting to play. Dogs do this as a part of their regular language and communication. If you have ever witnessed two large dogs who know each other, and really get into a fun wrestling match; One would think stitches and chunks of dog all about the yard would be in the near future! However, that is dog to dog playing and establishing pecking order. When your dog bites/nips you or your child what happens next is the topic of this post.
Agreement - by PERFORMANCE:
I have outlined the levels of agreement in several previous posts, I restate and elaborate below:
Lowest level, least enforceable:
VERBAL agreement or contractwords are spoken, understandings are established
very difficult to enforce as memory is the only record
differences of opinion on who meant what and what exactly was said by whom and in what context etc., create conflict and confusion (“I never agreed to that and you never said that…”)
Mid level, what is fought over in almost every court case:
WRITTEN agreement or contractwords are written, specifics are outlined, parties, duties and obligations are noted, initialed and signed
this comprises all “Statue Law and Codes”
less difficult to enforce at law, still many occasions for lack of clarity and misunderstandings, hence the often prolonged battle in court
things which are normally “un”lawful can be written into statute and code, or any contract, to become enforceable - ie: “by entering this agreement you agree to pay me a fee and give me title to your car with no compensation or payment to you whatsoever, and that I will then be able to tell you how to drive “the car” and within which, prescribed, by me, limitations and restrictions, which you further agree to pay me fees and penalties for each breech of those limitations and restrictions, which, by the way, I can add too or change at any time”
or : “as a Citizen and Person under the authority of this Government/Health Department, it is required that, for anyone who wishes to continue freedom of movement and association, MUST prove health status/Vaccine … by means of digital chip ID or other acceptable means defined by us …”
these Statutes and Codes are written by AUTHORITIES and it is presumed that every “Citizen and Person” will abide by same, should you ask where your agreement to the above Statute Code resides? — keep reading
Highest level (in this level of existence and consciousness) and most enforceable in court:
PERFORMANCE in agreement and contracthave you ever heard “actions speak louder than words”?, in this case either spoken or written
One Registers their vehicle and puts a plate/tag on it, then drives about “holding” the Driver’s Permit, bringing said Person/driver and Motor Vehicle under the authority of the AUTHORITIES by such an One’s performance, the applying for and acceptance of said permits and tags, the holding of Permit and display of Plate/Tag, and performing in agreement to contract, by providing said documents whenever any such registration or license/permit is asked to be presented to a representative of said AUTHORITIES
this is the normal procedure of a road side stop, the Policeman asks for your “documents”, and by providing them to him, One is performing as per the contract, confirming that One is acting as and for the PERSON licensed, insured, and registered
One receives in their mailbox a letter with a NAME (Registered Corporate Name, see my post “ #2 The Art of BE - ing” and “#10 Terms and Conditions” if you are unclear of what that means) on it and they “accept” it by keeping it and opening it, Congratulations!, you performed as the Citizen/Person
One’s performance trumps all other forms of contract/agreement, ie: once One is engaged in an agreement/contract, and then performs contrary to the contract, then the contract is broken by the performance contrary to the agreement — no new writings or signings are required
if One steals their neighbour’s tractor and has it parked in his barn and writes a statement with a red thumbprint at the bottom and a stamp in the top right corner of both sides of the document signed through and dated that states that he is not a thief and that he does not have his neighbours tractor and submits it to anyone who might care to see it - he remains - a tractor rustler, regardless of writings or spoken words
it is always, and has always been, that performance is King, it is what the Bible is all about
My, what sharp teeth you have !
Whether your puppy is trying to communicate, in the language Doglish; that he is wanting to play wrestle with you, or is attempting to dominate you and question your authority, and gives you that little nip or bite, what One does at this point is of utmost importance. If One does nothing, as the teeth are on, or in, your skin - One is making an agreement with the dog that it can bite you when it wants, for whatever reason. This is not a legal statement. It is not Statute or Code. It is not God’s Law. It is the Law of Nature. It is called “acquiescence”, defined as : passive acceptance or submission : the act of acquiescing or the state of being acquiescent. It is your performance that creates this agreement. To not act in disagreement, is to agree. It becomes the performance of acquiescence - acceptance and submission. When bitten, One must act in disagreement! Period! Full STOP! This is not fair or negotiable, it is not nice or easy, it is not interpreted in Law, it is everywhere, everyday, and it is truth. This is the nonsensical element, someone or something appears before you, makes you an offer to contract (like your little puppy), the someone or something performs their side of the contract/agreement, and then, if One does nothing, does not disagree, then it is presumed or assumed that there is agreement between the parties.
To be clear, of course there are exceptions to what I have laid out above. In contract/maritime law (the courts), the party presenting the offer must have cause to expect or demand a meeting of the minds or some kind of past record of relationship having to do with the subject matter of the proposed agreement. ie: Someone previously unknown to you, comes and moves your doormat to the public sidewalk and wipes his muddy boots on it. Even if you had not disagreed with the action and for a time had acquiesced, you could make demand for him to return your door mat clean, as you have no agreement with him and that he had stolen and soiled your door mat.
When I am training a dog, or a horse, or a chicken, I attempt to speak to them in their language, or at least what I think it may sound or be like. I have yet to be told by any of my animals that I speak with a funny accent, but be certain of this, I speak with the accent of man. Again, not masculine but genus. I do my best with my limitations of only two legs, versus four legs and superior speed or strength, or even wings perhaps, to speak in the language that is easiest for my animal friend to understand. In many cases, a dog only requires a brief but firm snap of some kind, akin to the nip or bite that they are testing you with, a tap on the nose and a harsh grunt or NO(!), will let them know that I disagree with their behaviour. Horses tend to be even more sensitive and something so subtle as a shift in body language can send the appropriate signal. That same sensitive body language reading horse, can sometimes require the quickest hardest kick that I can manage to get the necessary message through, which by the way, is also in his vocabulary! But like the T-shirt says, “NO means NO”, let there be no confusion on these issues. A biting dog will become a euthanized dog. A misbehaving horse can cause broken bones or worse, and likely end up at the glue factory. That Natural Law of acquiescence is what the whole shebang, the Legal Fictions, stand upon.
Nonsensical and absolute truth?
It seems a pretty big jump to go from animal husbandry to tomes of Government enactments, decrees, regulations, jurisprudence, ratifications, statutes, codes, etc. etc. But alas it comes to us, each such an One has the power and authority, the sovereignty, which was endowed by the the Creator to declare whether or not it is ok to get bitten. I had the misfortune of getting in between two of my Stallions that were working out their pecking order issues. I was unaware that one was coming up behind me, and as the one in front of me lunged to bite the other one, my upper arm ended up in his mouth. Now horses are not big-fanged flesh ripping machines, and thank God for that, but when he chomped down, hard, on my arm, I passed out briefly from the pain. I came to as I hit the ground and my instinct from horsing around in the past was to let that horse know, that this was NEVER going to happen again. I got up flailing and yelling and I think he figured out that he had had the wrong animals limb between his jaws, and he ran away from me. Although I wanted to head in to deal with my wounds, I instead headed straight for him and challenged him and made him back up, to yield to me as the Top Hat. I firmly, and briefly, insured that he knew that NO was NO and that I was the sovereign in this case. I am responsible for the well being of my animals. If I had allowed him to think, or assume, that if he bit me it was ok, by accident or otherwise, and that I would yield to him, well … , let’s just say, glue factory.
Unfortunately, we yield to the AUTHORITIES all too often. It is our nature as I have discussed before to take on the blame or error so that the ones we consider the Authorities, remain without fault (see my post #5" “In THEY You Trust” in the section ~ On Innocence transposed). Taking responsibility is work and risk. It is easier to put that possibility of getting it wrong and being responsible for harm or error into someone else’s hands. As an infant and young child this is a very appropriate behaviour. Once one comes of age it is expected and presumed that One has self control and self determination. Again, from the United Nations ICCPR, which 173 Countries have Ratified (from which I have cherry picked some relevant elements):
Article 1,1: All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
Article 3: … right of men and women to the enjoyment of all civil and political rights set forth in the present Covenant.
Article 16: Everyone shall have the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
Article 18,1: 1. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. This right shall include freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice, and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.
Now my reading of these specifics from the ICCPR generate the following ideas relating to being bitten, and what to do next [ I feel I have made a presumption, and at the risk of being reminded that subtlety is lost on me, I wish to make crystal the meaningfulness of my term “bitten” as it pertains to this post. The puppies bite — is the same as: the offer made to each such an One to perform and act in the capacity of Citizen or Person which has been offered by the AUTHORITIES]:
Article 1,1 of the ICCPR, the very top of the list! All peoples; this does not mean Persons or Citizens, it means people - men and women. I have covered “self-determination” in another post and I will return to it in future.
Article 3 states that “men and women . . . enjoyment of all civil and political rights . . .”. It does not say that any Person or Citizen will benefit from or have claim to ANY of these Rights!
Article 16, One can choose, they have the Right to be recognized as a person, or not.
And 18, “. . . freedom of thought, conscience and religion."
Let us establish, that it is always presumed by the AUTHORITIES that THEY are interacting with a PERSON, person, Legal Fiction, Corporate Entity, Citizen, etc. That is the only thing that They have Authority over. The ICCPR lays down clearly the offer, the bite, in article 16 “. . . recognition everywhere as a person before the law.” Therefore, unless otherwise declared or established, One adheres to this position, person before the law! As I have previously outlined, CANADA, USA, FRANCE, etc. are all Registered Corporations acting in Bankruptcy (my previous posts explain and detail these points, so if you haven’t read, . . . ). ALL the Statute Code is written to govern and apply to the One’s that are within Their jurisdiction, Their employees, Their Citizens, all those that have accepted the bite/offer to act as NAME! At once, the ICCPR is a golden ticket that gets a free tour of the factory (specifies peoples/men/women as the sovereign one that generates “persons”) but is also a trap, and these jaws have teeth that will rip and tear. All the flowery words and privileges that it outlines and “gives” to the peoples. And then that little #16, “person under the law”. If One does not smack it on the nose, change One’s body language, or make it yield to One’s sovereignty, it will have its way with you, this benign little “person” entity that seems so invisible, insignificant, and makes living in this theatre we call reality so much easier!
It states clearly within the ICCPR that a man, woman, or people have the authority to choose. Choose all kinds of things, and that a man, woman, or people possess all kinds of Rights and Freedoms. It states nowhere in that document that a man or woman can be forced to choose by One’s Government, as it pertains to the specified Rights and Freedoms at least. It states clearly, that One is the authority! The author of One’s life and way of being. And again, hey, no problem at all, we (the CORPORATION) accept your status as person under the law by your acquiescence and performance. No need to initial and sign anywhere - anytime - EVER!

P.S. Now should One interfere with or harm another, it matters not whether One claims to be acting in the capacity of a man or a PERSON; harm is harm and atonement is required, for whatever jurisdiction One claims to be standing in. That is Natural Law and God’s Law and it unequivocably applies to everyone: man, woman, person, Citizen, Lawyer, General, President, demon, . . .
